Requirements
Before you apply
We verify every partner before sending a single job. Have these ready:
- A valid Ontario plumbing licence in your name or your company's.
- Liability insurance — we will ask for the certificate.
- WSIB coverage or a clearance certificate.
- Your own vehicle and tools.

Partner questions
Am I an employee?
No. Partners are independent subcontractors. You keep your own licence, insurance and vehicle, and you invoice us for completed work.
How much do I keep?
The standard split is 65% of the job total to you. Your rate is agreed before your first job and is snapshotted onto each job, so a later change never alters work you have already done.
When do I get paid?
Completed jobs are settled weekly. Every job and payout is itemised in your partner dashboard.
Do I pay for leads?
Never. We do not charge lead fees or subscriptions. We only make money when you complete a job.
Can I decline jobs?
Yes. Jobs are offered, not assigned. Take what fits your schedule and coverage area.
